Wi-Fi access from the ground floor, which was a plus during my stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and although I appreciated the helpful security staff, the nightlife options could be better organized.

However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained carpets and outdated furniture that detracted from the overall aesthetic. Additionally, issues with utilities arose, as the tea kettle provided was non-functional, and requests for basic amenities like sugar and coffee took an unacceptably long time to fulfill. The renovation work throughout the hotel was another point of concern, contributing to a less-than-ideal atmosphere during the stay.

absolutely terrible service, I waited 30 minutes at check-in and they didn’t even acknowledge me. then, I called the front desk for a tea kettle, took 40 minutes to arrive, in a functioning room with NO sugar or coffee! I almost considered a good review, but no, just couldn’t! very disappointing treatment for my stay.

Staying at this hotel was great for our large family, especially with four teenagers. The spacious room offered a nice place for everyone to hang out. Plus, we loved being close to the Souq and the beautiful Corniche for some evening strolls!

My children wished for more games or family activities on-site.

The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the polite reception staff and the good security presence. The city view from my room was beautiful, enhancing my stay.

I had a great stay with a spacious, clean room and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was fantastic, but I found the restaurant a bit pricey. I would definitely return!
